The following has been brought to TAPS attention concerning booking your hotel reservation for the conference through the TAPS Hotel Attendee Link.
The TAPS Hotel Attendee link automatically defaults to a 4 night stay.
Check in on Wednesday and Check out on Sunday morning.
The hotel has informed TAPS that this cannot be changed as TAPS has rooms blocked on all 4 days.
If you don't catch it or if you don't press the update button after editing the days, it will book the stay for four nights.
If you have made your reservation through the link, when you get your hotel reservation confirmation, please confirm that
your reservation with the hotel are for the dates you wish to stay so that you will not have any issues upon check in.
