Type of Meeting: South Middle Chapter Bi-Monthly Meeting
I. CALL TO ORDER
Call to order at 7:31 p.m. at Southern Still, Murfreesboro, TN. by Johnnie Leonard,
Chapter President.
II. MINUTES FROM JUNE MEETING READ
A motion to accept the June minutes was Russell White made by and seconded by Linc
Northcutt. The motion passed by voting.
III. TREASURER REPORT
Balance from last treasurer report on June 9, 2026, was $1018.83. Deposits/Credits were
$0.00. Checks/Withdrawals were $0.00. Balance as of August 11, 2026, was $1018.83.
IV. OLD BUSINESS
A. Members discussed letter to be sent to the Board of Directors concerning the effects of
TDEC polices on property subdivision. Russell White presented a process for getting a
property subdivided regarding TDEC policies. Members debated the fairness of the
process. Discussion turned to the differences in the process among the separate counties.
After further discussion, Russell White made a motion to table the composition of the
letter until more information and examples of the process are presented. Linc Northcutt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by voting.
V. MEETING ADJOURNED
A motion to adjourn was made by Russell White and seconded by Linc Northcutt.
