Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m.(CST) and the meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.

Minutes 06/09/2026
The Upper Cumberland Association of Professional Surveyors met June 9th, 2026 in Cookeville,
TN. The meeting was called to order by the president, Charles Whittenburg, with,Taylor Dillehay,
David Sells, and Bart Lay being present. President Whittenburg declared that enough voting
members wasn’t present for a quorum.
1. Pledge of Allegiance was led by Charles Whittenburg.
2. Minutes and financial report was given by Bart Lay
3. Members had a general discussion on laws and concerns effecting the surveying profession,
chapter membership, and the upcoming board of directors meeting.
4. State Representative Ryan Williams stopped by the meeting to discuss the passage of HB 2026
and other topics relating to land surveyors.
5. Our next meeting will be the second week of August and officers will be elected.
6. Meeting was adjourned.
