Fourth Quarter Report 2019

The Southwest Chapter of TAPS generally meets the third Thursday of the even numbered months. We have been meeting at Gus's Fried Chicken in Collierville for the past few years.

As with many other Chapters, our local attendance is low at times, but we have a good group of surveyors in the area.

We have had one meeting since the last BOD meeting in September.

We held a Minimum Standards and Ethics Presentation at the Fisher and Arnold offices in Memphis, TN. (1) PDH was awarded for each presentation, for a total of (2) PDH. The presentations were held on October 25, 2019. The presentations were well attended, with 17 surveyors attending.

Most surveyors in the area seem busy, and that is of course a good thing.

Things seem to be fairly quite in the area for the time being.

As always, anyone in the area is welcome to attend our meetings. We would love to have you, and are always looking for new members.

Respectfully submitted, Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments.

We have set a date of October 25, 2019 for a Minimum Standards and Ethics Presentation. (1) PDH will be awarded for each presentation, for a total of (2) PDH. We want to avoid the last minute rush for renewals. We plan on coordinating with Mario Forte to gain access to the interactive minimum standards and possibly ethics classes. The presentation will be free for members with paid TAPS memberships at the State Level, and $185 for non-members.
